72 Hours: You Are the Leader of Your Neighborhood During an Earthquake

An earthquake has occurred. Phones are not working. Help has not arrived yet. During the first 72 hours, you are responsible for everything in your neighborhood. This book tells you what to do in those 72 hours. Neighborhood organization, water and food management, rubble search, communication, security, coordination with disaster management agencies (NDRRMC/OCD for the Philippines, NDMO for Fiji, NEMO for Tonga), and post-disaster rights. This is not individual survival. It is collective, organized survival at the neighborhood level. Because people cannot survive alone.
