It's All About the Light (Enhanced Version)

This book worked great for me. I don't have a fancy camera, but I do like to do what I can with the camera I have. I read this book and used some of the techniques the same day. It is a great read to improve your pictures easily.

I have to say this is an outstanding book. I have learned to not be afraid of my camera and to get it off of that stinkin green square box. I mean sometimes it's ok when the photo op calls for it but man my pictures are so much better now thanks to Brian's teachings. So much info packed in this book at an affordable price. you won't be dissapointed at all...

This is a great book. I am new to photography and this book will show you just about everything you would need to know about shooting great pictures. Very well written, and easy to understand. Money well spent.. Congrats to the Author..

This book is a fantastic tool for my office. We , as realtors, have to take our own pictures of our properties and have always had issues with our cameras. Well, it wasn't the cameras after all. We have learned so many little tricks from this book to take the best possible pictures! It's so easy to understand and follow . It's also nice to know it will always be updated . Money well spent!

I am a beginning photographer so I was looking for some help with getting started. I found this book by Brian Jean at iBooks and it has been a tremendous resource for me. Brian not only has a wonderful grasp of photography, he also has the ability to explain it in a manner which a novice like myself can comprehend. The book has a number of videos which explain concepts both verbally and visually. Extremely helpful. I can see myself utilizing this book beyond my current novice phase and well into an intermediate phase of this hobby. I highly recommend this book for anyone wanting to learn more about the art of photography.
