    If you’re a dog lover you’ll love this book. At times difficult because of the grief heroine is going through but well worth the effort.

    This is the first book I’ve read by Sheehan. Loved it. I almost cried at the beginning but I needed to find out how she was going to move on. I’m starting the sequel right away!

    This book was one of my favorite books of all time. The middle was a little slow, but a heartbreaking story to read. I would recommend you buying this book.

    I loved this book for many reasons, but first because the dog’s perspective seemed real, plausible and something I have experienced. Rocky, the psychologist who lost her husband suddenly to a heart attach at a young husband, age 40, compounded her grief with the total disappointment in the sometimes lifesaving technique, CPR. I, too, have experienced that. The story line was riveting, and confounding until the end. So great plot, complex characters, and a bit of bizarre behavior made this book a quick and extremely satisfying read!

    What an inspiring book! If you have a dog, read this book! If you don’t have a dog, read about Cooper and you will want a dog. I have a black Lab named Jack, and he is a beautiful and loving dog. Now I need to read the next book!
