I thought this was at first glance the same as a different book I read. But then I read in a week and am eagerly waiting to read the next book

Chronic grabs you from the moment you read the sample. The world is interested, the characters are witty and flawed, and the story is captivating. On a different level from the YA stories coming out.

The ending stunk.

I love the way this book keeps you on your toes, wondering who might be lost next. I’ve always enjoyed Brandon Sanderson’s writing as I went through The Reckoners series. I’m a slow reader which is usually something I’m not very fond of admitting, but this book captivated me and i’d spend hours at a time reading it. Being a slow reader worked in my favor this time around as I found it easy to engage my imagination throughout the whole book. I enjoyed the imagery and the anticipation of the book and only wish there was even more to read. I guess I’ll just have to settle on buying the next book.

Very exciting and engaging at several emotional levels

This isn’t the type of book I usually read, but once I started I couldn’t put it down! Exciting, fast paced and even some humor. A great read.

If you’re looking for a fantastically written, action filled book with a unique heroine, this is perfect for you. I’ve read it multiple times, and never cease to enjoy it. I highly recommend it. Brandon Sanderson creates fantastic characters and settings, with great plots in each book. I love this series and recommend it to all my book reading friends.

Although this had some parts that were slow, the story kept me engaged. There was a lot of character growth. Really enjoyed this adventure.

I was sleeping on the first part, it was slow and maybe I was a little impatient, but as soon as the action started It hooked me. The twists and turns kept me reading even between classes.
