It’s an interesting idea, but the writing was average and so choppy that it actually interrupted me every time I got involved. The characters didn’t seem real and the ending was bizarre. All of a sudden, Maggie has a gun? Her father-in-law has a gun? How many people are willing to commit murder? For me, there are many better books to read.

I have long loved Harlan Coben, but this is even better than his best. Lots of twists and turns; couldn’t put it down. 100% worth the price.
