    This book is totally locked. Do not buy. The point of books is to share knowledge, and i usually like to highlight sentence, take notes and share them to others so they either learn something new or want to buy the book after. Not with those guys: so greedy that nothing is allowed for sharing. Unbelievable, those people really don't understand why people like to read.
