    There are some good points in the book, but too much meandering in the prose. The book keeps referring to another book. Might be more beneficial to read the other book for clarity and use this one as an editorial on the other.

    This is the most transformative book I have ever read. It was a turning point for me in my mid twenties when I read it as it reframed all of my thinking to focus on what actually matters and what does not. I highly recommend for anyone going through personal struggles, relationship struggles, loss of love, feelings of failure, etc. The messages in this book bring so much peace.
