Description

Do you feel like you are too nice? Sherry Argov's Why Men Love Bitches delivers a unique perspective as to why men are attracted to a strong woman who stands up for herself. With saucy detail on every page, this no-nonsense guide reveals why a strong woman is much more desirable than a "yes woman" who routinely sacrifices herself. The author provides compelling answers to the tough questions women often ask:

· Why are men so romantic in the beginning and why do they change?
· Why do men take nice girls for granted?
· Why does a man respect a woman when she stands up for herself?

Full of advice, hilarious real-life relationship scenarios, "she says/he thinks" tables, and the author's unique "Attraction Principles," Why Men Love Bitches gives you bottom-line answers. It helps you know who you are, stand your ground, and relate to men on a whole new level. Once you've discovered the feisty attitude men find so magnetic, you'll not only increase the romantic chemistry—you'll gain your man's love and respect with far less effort.

I was attracted to this book to learn how to assert myself and “not be a doormat” in my relationships. This booked seemed promising when talking about not letting yourself be walked over, and not being desperate but the fluff did not meet this criteria. Instead, it should how not to *seem* desperate while still making a man the center of your life. I felt it was insulting to me and even men I would date to put my expectations for them that low. I think this books is dated and shows it well. But I believe you can find useful tips if you are able to know sheikh sorts to ignore .

I am in a steady relationship at 20, and I still took away a lot of knowledge and understanding from this book. It made me see my mistakes in previous and current relationships as well and see the things I have been doing good at! It pushes for individuality in a relationship and while looking for one, which I feel is extremely important. I recommend this book to my friends.

  • I don’t like the title, it implies a training book for mean woman.

This book has some very basic, easy to understand simple guidelines to maintaining a balanced relationship. I pretty much reread the book once in a while to remind myself. However, there are some behaviors that are mentioned in the book that mostly apply to dating an American raised man which doesn’t translate to foreign men. Even with that said I think this is a funny book with very valuable points all woman should read.

Been having a tough time with men throughout college, now I see where I had been going wrong all along, who knew!!! I would recommend to any woman feeling down on herself when it comes to the opposite sex. Men aren’t that deep, they’re just creatures of habit!
  • Amazing !!

I’ve had this book in paperback since I was 16 but not that I’m 20 I figured I’d read it again to see exactly how much of the information I’d use. And OMG I use all of this info subconsciously basically all the time. Comical, witty, informative, and true! I’d read again and again
  • Eye Opening and Amazing!
