Description

To touch a Dark One is death.
To talk to an immortal is suicide.
Yet, I've been marked by both.
A Vampire.
And the King of the immortals.
My life is no longer my own.
And now I know the truth, my life was never mine to begin with.
It was theirs.
It's always been theirs.

This book was amazing it had me hooked since the beginning. I love that it was a story of paranormal characters and the story line was great. The plot twists had me in shock and wanting to know more. I could not stop reading the fact that it was so detailed every thing played out in my mind at one point it was like if i was watching a movie instead of reading. Would definitely recommend this book to others and will definitely continue the series.

Honestly, I can’t understand why is this book had lmost five stars. Characters are flat and bland. Finishing the book you don’t relly know who they are - like you didn’t know when you just started. There is no story of two people falling in love with each other, no story at all. And sex scenes ... I wouldn’t even call it luke warm they are so boring. If your standard for romance is Nalini Singh or Kresley Cole then you can skip this one. Never ever.

If you don’t initially know what the book is about you will definitely be confused but I urge you to continue reading. Once I started reading this book I just simply couldn’t stop. It’s a short book for me so I finished it in a day. The story starts off with a girl named Genesis who gets her number picked to be with an immortal. She’s been groomed since birth to help them, only to realize when that time comes that it was all a lie.
